Little Star is a fast‑growing child development center dedicated to nurturing the physical, emotional, and cognitive growth of children across Indonesia. We operate modern clinics in Indramayu, Majalengka, and Cirebon, offering comprehensive assessment, therapy, and educational support services. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Staf Klinik dan Terapis Perilaku to join our multidisciplinary team and help families achieve the best outcomes for their children.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial behavioral and developmental assessments for infants, toddlers, and school‑age children using standardized tools.
- Design individualized therapy plans in collaboration with psychologists, educators, and pediatricians.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group therapy sessions focusing on behavioral regulation, social skills, and emotional resilience.
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and national regulations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to parents and caregivers, offering practical strategies to reinforce therapeutic goals at home.
- Participate in weekly case‑review meetings, contributing insights and receiving feedback to continuously improve service quality.
- Assist in community outreach programs, workshops, and school visits to raise awareness about early childhood development.
- Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in behavioral therapy and child psychology.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, aged between 22‑27 years.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset are welcome.
- Key Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, high adaptability, teamwork orientation, and a genuine passion for child development.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be placed in either Indramayu or Majalengka (with occasional travel to Cirebon for training or events).
- Documentation: Submission of a cover letter, photocopy of KTP, photocopy of diploma, and two recent 4×6 cm color passport photos.
