Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Sales – Business Development Support to join our dynamic team focused on the rapidly growing Islamic property market. This full‑time position is ideal for a professional who combines strong sales acumen with excellent interpersonal skills, and who is eager to contribute to a company that values integrity, customer‑centred service, and sustainable community development. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and will be based primarily in the Cibubur‑Cileungsi area.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads for Sharia‑compliant property projects through phone calls, emails, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging trends and opportunities within the Islamic real‑estate sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential buyers, leveraging strong public‑speaking abilities.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate information on leads, contacts, and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth processing of contracts, financing options, and property documentation.
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑sale support, guiding clients through the purchase journey and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Organize and attend property showcase events, open houses, and community outreach programs to promote brand visibility.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics and recommending corrective actions.
  • Uphold the company’s ethical standards by demonstrating honesty, trustworthiness, and respect for cultural and religious sensitivities.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma 3 (D3) or equivalent (D4); a background in business, marketing, or real‑estate studies is preferred.
  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Age: Not older than 35 years.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the Islamic property (Property Syariah) sector.
  • Professional appearance: neat, clean, well‑groomed, and able to represent the brand positively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and empathy skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong public‑speaking and presentation capabilities are highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and adherence to corporate etiquette and ethical conduct.
  • Own a personal laptop and a reliable vehicle for client visits and site inspections.
  • Residency preferably in the Cibubur‑Cileungsi region to reduce commute time and enhance local market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including report writing, data entry, and schedule management.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
