Introduction
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our Customer Relations team in Majalengka. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in shaping the perception of our pawnshop services and ensuring every transaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly attitude. The role is based in Majalengka and the work schedule runs from 07:45 to 19:15, with specific shift days to be communicated during the interview process. Candidates must be able to work efficiently under a fast‑paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide clear information, and guide them through the pawn‑loan process.
- Verify and evaluate pledged items according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Execute loan disbursements, repayments, extensions, and settlements accurately and promptly.
- Explain terms, conditions, and repayment schedules to customers in a way that is easy to understand.
- Maintain organized records of each transaction, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, reconciling daily cash flow at the end of each shift.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional services such as appraisal, insurance, or refinancing options.
- Collaborate with inventory and security teams to safeguard pledged assets.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns and suggest improvements to service delivery.
- Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols to protect both staff and customers.
Requirements
- Age not exceeding 29 years and 11 months.
- Minimum height: 150 cm for women and 155 cm for men, with proportional weight.
- At least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a university degree is a strong plus.
- Professional appearance: neat, well‑groomed, and presentable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence when interacting with the public.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Key character traits: meticulous, diligent, resilient, honest, and disciplined.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
