Introduction

Mie Gacoan, a fast‑growing Indonesian noodle and casual‑dining brand, is opening a brand‑new outlet in Cibinong. We are looking for a dynamic Floor Leader (Pemimpin Lantai) who will drive day‑to‑day restaurant operations, motivate a diverse crew, and ensure that every guest experiences the signature taste and service quality of our brand. This is a full‑time, managerial‑track position that offers hands‑on training, rapid career progression, and the chance to shape the culture of a flagship location.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and perform duties across all service stations—including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista—to maintain flexibility and lead by example.
  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation, from opening to closing, ensuring compliance with SOPs, health‑and‑safety standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Conduct daily stock opname, manage inventory control, and coordinate with vendors to guarantee product freshness and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute staff schedules, handle shift rotations, and monitor attendance to optimize labor costs while meeting peak‑hour demand.
  • Lead onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for new hires, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
  • Monitor crew performance, provide constructive feedback, and implement corrective actions to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as table turnover, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, turning issues into opportunities for improvement and reinforcing brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the regional manager on marketing initiatives, promotional events, and local community outreach to drive foot traffic.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant, conducting regular audits and ensuring all equipment is operational.
  • Prepare operational reports, including sales analysis, waste tracking, and labor productivity, for senior management review.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3 or S1 in any field; a degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related studies is a plus.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years; height requirement – male ≥ 165 cm, female ≥ 160 cm.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or floor‑lead role.
  • Strong analytical skills, inventory control expertise, and a solid understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to convey SOPs and brand standards clearly to a multicultural team.
  • Demonstrated leadership, conflict‑resolution, and team‑coordination capabilities.
  • Physical fitness to stand for long periods and handle occasional heavy lifting (e.g., stock boxes).
  • Clean medical history with no chronic illnesses that could affect job performance.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and to undergo a 3‑6 month intensive training program.
  • Passion for the F&B sector and a desire to build a long‑term career in store‑level management.
