We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Tenaga Vokasi Farmasi – Pengajar Praktikum to join our team at Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik. This position is ideal for recent pharmacy graduates who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, hands‑on teaching environment. As a vocational pharmacy instructor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of pharmacy professionals by guiding them through laboratory simulations, clinical case studies, and real‑world hospital pharmacy operations.
The role offers a full‑time schedule, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. You will be based at our modern campus within the RS Semen Gresik complex, which provides state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a collaborative atmosphere for both staff and students.
Responsibilities
- Design, organize, and deliver practical pharmacy laboratory sessions for vocational students, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum and hospital standards.
- Supervise students during hands‑on activities, providing real‑time feedback on technique, safety protocols, and accurate medication preparation.
- Develop assessment tools, including quizzes, practical exams, and performance rubrics, to evaluate student competencies effectively.
- Collaborate with senior pharmacists and clinical educators to integrate hospital pharmacy workflows into the training modules.
- Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress, and competency assessments in compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, such as slide decks, instructional videos, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, reviewing and updating curricula to reflect emerging pharmaceutical technologies and regulatory changes.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance, helping students understand various pharmacy career paths within hospital settings.
- Ensure all laboratory activities adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous substances.
- Engage in departmental meetings, contribute to faculty discussions, and support interdisciplinary projects as needed.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum diploma (D3) in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) as required by Indonesian pharmacy regulations.
- Strong foundational knowledge of hospital pharmacy practice, including drug dispensing, compounding, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English.
- Ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, engaging manner for vocational learners.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate lab records and assessment data.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate with clinicians, pharmacists, and academic staff.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
