This role focuses on creating eye‑catching visual assets for online platforms, print collateral, and promotional campaigns that resonate with our diverse client base. Responsibilities
- Develop and design high‑quality graphics for websites, social media, email newsletters, and digital advertisements using CorelDRAW and complementary tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual concepts that support campaign objectives.
- Produce print‑ready files for brochures, flyers, posters, and event signage, ensuring color accuracy and proper layout specifications.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and style guides to streamline future design projects.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, typography, and digital media standards, applying new techniques to keep our visual output fresh and competitive.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions that meet both client expectations and business goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct minor revisions based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged 18‑25 years (gender‑neutral applications are welcomed).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; SMK with a focus on Graphic Design (Grafika) is highly preferred.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within digital media or advertising.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is essential; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print designs.
- Creative, innovative, and quick‑thinking with a willingness to work hard and meet deadlines.
- Own reliable personal transportation to commute to the office.
- Residence near Blimbing or Arjosari, Malang is preferred for ease of attendance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑17:00.
