We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Specialist to join our fast‑growing e‑commerce team in Malang. Responsibilities
- Host 1‑2 live shopping sessions daily on TikTok, Shopee, and other emerging livestream platforms.
- Develop and execute engaging scripts, product demonstrations, and promotional offers to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align livestream content with seasonal campaigns and inventory priorities.
- Monitor real‑time sales metrics, audience engagement, and chat interactions, adjusting tactics on the fly to meet sales targets.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of product features, pricing, and competitor activity.
- Provide post‑livestream analysis, including sales reports, audience demographics, and performance insights for continuous improvement.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas, interactive games, and giveaways.
- Work on‑site at our Tegal Gondo office in Malang, adhering to the standard work schedule of 08:00‑17:00 with occasional evening or night sessions as required.
- Uphold brand standards, ensuring professional appearance, language, and behavior during all live broadcasts.
- Assist in building and nurturing a community of repeat viewers through follow‑up communication and loyalty programs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (both male and female candidates accepted).
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a live host, influencer, or similar front‑facing role.
- Resides in Malang City or surrounding districts (Kota/Kab Malang).
- Comfortable appearing without a hijab for female candidates (as per brand visual guidelines).
- Excellent public‑speaking and presentation skills; natural on‑camera charisma.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Creative, energetic, and capable of thinking on their feet during live interactions.
- Honest, high‑integrity, and able to work under pressure while meeting tight sales targets.
- Proficient in basic e‑commerce tools, customer database management, influencer collaboration, and media broadcast analysis.
