Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail‑oriented individuals to join our fast‑growing fulfillment hub in Salemba, Central Jakarta. The role is titled Picker – Hub Salemba and is a vital part of our end‑to‑end logistics operation, ensuring that every customer order is processed accurately and dispatched on time. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment, can follow precise instructions, and are eager to develop a career in the logistics and e‑commerce sector.

Responsibilities

  • Order Monitoring (Picker): Continuously monitor the incoming order queue, verify order details, and prioritize items based on delivery schedules.
  • Print Inventory Orders: Generate and print inventory pick tickets, ensuring that each ticket matches the system’s data.
  • Item Retrieval: Locate, pick, and stage items according to the printed inventory order, checking quantities and product codes for accuracy.
  • Barcode Scanning (Packer): Scan each item’s barcode against the order sheet to confirm correct selection and update system status in real time.
  • Packing & Labeling: Pack items securely following company guidelines, apply appropriate labels, and ensure that fragile or temperature‑sensitive goods receive special handling.
  • Driver Coordination: Use the warehouse management system to notify drivers of ready‑to‑ship parcels, “shoot” the order to the driver’s device, and hand over the sealed bags.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform final visual checks for damage, correct packaging, and complete documentation before items leave the hub.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements, report recurring issues, and participate in regular team briefings to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 35 years old.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills: Ability to follow instructions meticulously, basic computer literacy for order monitoring, and physical stamina to handle moderate lifting and prolonged standing.
  • Attendance: Availability to work the standard shift of 08:00 – 17:00, with exact work days to be communicated later.
  • Personal Traits: Reliability, punctuality, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
