Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily boat and cruise schedules, collaborating with captains, deck crew, and shore‑based support teams to guarantee on‑time departures and arrivals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, handling reservations, special requests, and any issues that arise during the voyage.
- Conduct pre‑departure briefings covering safety procedures, itinerary highlights, and onboard amenities to ensure passenger confidence and compliance.
- Monitor vessel inventory, including food, beverages, and promotional materials, and communicate replenishment needs to the supply chain department.
- Assist in the preparation of required documentation such as passenger manifests, customs forms, and insurance paperwork, ensuring all regulatory standards are met.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote upcoming cruise packages, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain accurate records of passenger feedback, incident reports, and operational metrics for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support onboard hospitality teams by providing guidance on service standards, language etiquette, and cultural sensitivities.
- Participate in regular safety drills, emergency response training, and vessel inspections to uphold the highest safety standards.
- Contribute ideas for new itineraries, themed cruises, and partnership opportunities with local attractions and hotels.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or higher; D3/D4 degree preferred for career advancement.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service.
- Prior experience in a similar boat, cruise, or hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a standard shift from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
