Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchase decisions to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout, including stocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and updating promotional signage.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, sharing best practices and supporting new staff.
- Participate in scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and adapt to rotating shift patterns as needed.
- Uphold store cleanliness and safety standards, performing routine checks and reporting hazards.
- Contribute ideas for visual merchandising, promotional events, and in‑store activities that drive traffic and enhance the brand experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, and inventory movements in the store management system.
Requirements
- Male or female applicants, aged 17 years or older.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong creativity and high initiative to suggest improvements and engage customers.
- Excellent teamwork skills; ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Friendly, courteous, and consistently maintains a pleasant smile.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of discipline, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 15 kg).
