Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Partner (Account Officer) to join our growing team in Nganjuk. This position serves as a critical bridge between our company and its client base, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service while helping to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, communicative, and ready to take ownership of client relationships in a fast‑moving, service‑oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify customer needs, propose appropriate solutions, and cross‑sell additional products or services to maximize account value.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales targets, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Conduct field visits using a personal motorbike to meet clients on-site, gather market intelligence, and support local outreach initiatives.
  • Participate in community events and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility in the Nganjuk region.
  • Track and follow up on payment collections, ensuring timely invoicing and adherence to credit policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other documentation required for new business acquisition.
  • Continuously improve personal product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑35 years old.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Honest, responsible, and highly communicative.
  • Possession of a personal motorbike for travel to client sites.
  • Zero to several years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
