Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Guru Day Care (Pengasuh Anak Usia Dini) to join our growing early‑childhood education team. The successful candidate will provide a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children enrolled in our TPA (Tahfidz Program Al‑Qur’an) and daycare services. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who enjoy guiding young learners through their formative years while supporting parents in balancing work and family life.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage children aged 2‑6 years during daily activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
  • Plan and implement age‑appropriate educational and recreational programs that align with our TPA curriculum and early‑learning objectives.
  • Prepare meals and snacks that meet nutritional standards and accommodate any dietary restrictions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment using proper cleaning tools and sanitization procedures.
  • Monitor children’s health, administer basic first aid when necessary, and communicate any concerns promptly to parents and management.
  • Document daily attendance, activity logs, and developmental observations to support each child’s growth tracking.
  • Collaborate with fellow staff members to plan special events, holiday celebrations, and parent‑teacher meetings.
  • Uphold the center’s policies on child protection, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
  • Assist with the intake and orientation of new families, providing clear information about schedules, policies, and expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; additional certifications in early childhood education or child care are a plus.
  • Female candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience caring for young children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to use cleaning equipment and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including patience, empathy, and effective communication with children, parents, and team members.
  • Basic first‑aid and CPR training (or willingness to obtain certification within the first three months of employment).
  • Reliability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 15:00, with occasional flexibility for events or parent meetings.
