The successful applicant will work closely with the outlet manager and fellow crew members to ensure every guest receives prompt, friendly service and high‑quality food that adheres to our strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble customer orders accurately, following Golqi’s SOPs for food safety, portion control, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including regular sanitation of equipment, countertops, and dining areas.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and address any questions or special requests with professionalism.
- Ensure that all menu items are served at the appropriate temperature and meet the brand’s quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and packaging supplies, and report shortages to the outlet manager.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, such as cash handling, reconciling sales reports, and securing the premises.
- Foster positive relationships with regular customers, remembering preferences and offering personalized recommendations.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and health‑safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with shift teammates, communicating any issues that could affect service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Clean, neat appearance and a courteous demeanor.
- Strong work ethic – disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- Good physical health and mental stamina to handle a fast‑paced shift environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00).
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow instructions and SOPs precisely.
