Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Store Administrator to join our retail team in Sukorejo. This pivotal role focuses on the efficient handling of daily sales transactions and meticulous stock management, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech‑savvy, and possess a professional demeanor that reflects our brand’s commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Process all point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the procurement team to place orders, receive deliveries, and verify goods against purchase orders.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, highlighting trends, best‑selling items, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are upheld, assisting the sales floor team when needed.
  • Monitor and replenish product displays, preventing stock‑outs and overstock situations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering repeat business.
  • Utilize the store’s computer system for data entry, inventory tracking, and sales analysis.
  • Assist in training new staff members on sales procedures, POS operation, and inventory protocols.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior retail or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable learning POS software.
  • Personal Traits: Honest, reliable, well‑presented, and able to maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, time‑management, and teamwork orientation.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
