Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Acquisition Specialists for the Merchant EDC (Electronic Data Capture) division in the Kabupaten Sikka region. This role focuses on expanding our network of small and medium‑size enterprises (UMKMs) by introducing them to our state‑of‑the‑art payment terminals. The successful candidate will act as the front‑line ambassador of our brand, building trust with local merchants and helping them modernize their payment processes. The position offers a dynamic, field‑based environment with clear daily targets and ample opportunity for professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing and cold‑calling visits to UMKMs across the Kabupaten Sikka area.
  • Present the features and benefits of our EDC machines, tailoring the pitch to each merchant’s specific business needs.
  • Achieve a daily sales target of 2–3 new EDC units, documenting each interaction in the company CRM system.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective merchants, following up regularly to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule installations, ensure proper device setup, and provide basic user training.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging payment trends.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable insights for management.
  • Participate in periodic product training sessions to stay current on new features, promotions, and regulatory updates.
  • Represent the company at local business events, trade fairs, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA) / Vocational (SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Valid and active motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and personal two‑wheel vehicle for field mobility.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily targets.
  • Basic analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
  • No age limit; the company values talent and motivation above seniority.
