In this role you will act as the front‑line ambassador of MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi solutions, engaging directly with residential customers through door‑to‑door canvassing, events, and trade shows. The successful candidate will combine a passion for technology with strong communication and negotiation skills to drive subscription growth and enhance market presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door sales activities (canvas, flyering) across designated residential zones, presenting MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi packages and promotional offers.
- Represent the brand at community events, expos, and product fairs, generating qualified leads and building brand awareness.
- Achieve personal sales targets by following a consultative selling process, from prospect qualification to contract signing.
- Collaborate with team members and regional supervisors to share insights, coordinate territory coverage, and support collective goals.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rate, average revenue per user (ARPU), and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze customer needs by listening to pain points, assessing internet usage patterns, and recommending the most suitable service tier.
- Provide on‑the‑spot troubleshooting guidance and schedule installation appointments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to suggest adjustments to promotional tactics and pricing models.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold MyRepublic’s brand standards during all customer interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with technological advancements in broadband and smart home solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of sales experience; fresh graduates with a strong interest in telecommunications are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven capability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret customer data and market signals.
- Proficiency in using mobile CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting software.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00‑17:00, including occasional weekend events.
