Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety, regularly cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and workstations.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables; perform daily stock checks and communicate re‑order needs.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, including recommending drink options and educating patrons on flavor profiles.
- Handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and ensure accurate order taking and payment processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift handovers, timely beverage preparation, and overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in training new baristas on brewing techniques, equipment operation, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the store manager.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming service area.
- Participate in occasional promotional events, product tastings, and community outreach activities.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Appearance: Professional and presentable personal grooming.
- Integrity: Honest, responsible, and reliable.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience: Prior experience as a barista or bartender is preferred but not mandatory; a genuine interest in coffee culture is essential.
- Availability: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Location: Placement in Gresik, Indonesia.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, customer service etiquette, and cash handling.
