Introduction

We are a rapidly growing premium coffee shop seeking a dedicated Professional Barista to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of espresso‑based beverages, pour‑overs, and specialty drinks in accordance with the shop’s quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, including regular equipment cleaning, grinder calibration, and inventory checks.
  • Engage with customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on individual taste preferences.
  • Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service of pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
  • Adapt quickly to high‑volume periods, maintaining composure while delivering consistent product quality under pressure.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on new brewing techniques, product launches, and health‑safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during peak service hours.
  • Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional adjustments for special events.
