Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate fashion products during scheduled live‑stream sessions, highlighting key features, styling tips, and promotional offers.
- Engage the audience through interactive dialogue, answer product‑related questions, and create a lively, inclusive atmosphere that encourages viewers to purchase.
- Maintain a confident and energetic on‑camera presence, ensuring clear speech, proper lighting, and professional body language.
- Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to plan weekly live‑sale scripts, product line‑ups, and special campaigns.
- Track live‑sale performance metrics such as viewer count, conversion rate, average order value, and provide post‑event reports to help refine future sessions.
- Stay up‑to‑date with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor live‑shopping strategies to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Assist in setting up technical equipment (camera, microphone, lighting) and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the broadcast.
- Promote upcoming live events on social media platforms, building anticipation and expanding the audience base.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to product and content teams to improve product offerings and presentation style.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (preference based on target audience demographics).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Strong confidence and natural charisma when speaking on camera.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to think on your feet and respond quickly (“gacor”).
- Prior experience as a live‑sale host is a significant advantage, though fresh talent with strong presentation abilities is welcome.
- Familiarity with fashion products, trends, and styling concepts.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional evenings for special events.
- Basic technical aptitude for handling live‑stream equipment and software.
