Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on automotive film application equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Install Kacafilm products on customer vehicles, adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults, replace defective components, and document all service actions in the company’s maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including sales, engineering, and quality assurance—to coordinate installations and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide on‑site support to customers, offering technical guidance and training on product usage and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and generate requisition requests when stock levels fall below threshold.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments before commencing work.
- Continuously improve service processes by suggesting workflow enhancements and participating in regular team debriefs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- High degree of honesty, responsibility, and professional integrity.
- Basic proficiency in reading technical manuals and interpreting schematics.
- Willingness to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) with shift hours from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
