Introduction
The Koordinator Lapangan Ekspedisi – Wilayah Sukabumi is a pivotal position within our logistics division, responsible for building and supervising a reliable network of couriers across the Sukabumi region. This role blends talent acquisition, operational oversight, and fraud mitigation to ensure that our delivery services remain fast, secure, and customer‑centric. The successful candidate will work Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager and collaborating closely with the Operations and Finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential couriers using diverse channels such as flyering, social media campaigns, community referrals, and local job boards.
- Verify candidate qualifications, including a valid driver’s license (SIM), ownership or access to a suitable vehicle, and any required permits.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess soft skills, and ensure that all documentation (identity cards, insurance, vehicle registration) is complete and up‑to‑date.
- Provide new couriers with comprehensive onboarding, covering standard operating procedures (SOP), safety guidelines, and hands‑on training on the company’s dispatch and tracking application.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and courier retention, and propose data‑driven improvements to the hiring process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports for the HR team and senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the fraud‑prevention unit to detect, investigate, and resolve any irregularities or suspicious activities involving couriers.
- Maintain a positive relationship with existing couriers, addressing concerns, facilitating performance feedback, and encouraging continuous improvement.
- Assist the finance department with debt collection processes when courier payments are delayed, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational regulations).
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, field coordination, or logistics operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interview and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for dispatch, tracking, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Basic understanding of fraud detection and resolution within a logistics context.
- Experience with debt collection or billing processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation.
