Responsibilities
- Actively approach and engage customers, presenting a range of electronic products such as smartphones, accessories, and home‑appliance gadgets.
- Explain product specifications, benefits, and unique selling points in a clear and persuasive manner, adapting the pitch to each customer’s needs.
- Maintain a tidy, attractive, and fully stocked product display, ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually compelling.
- Deliver courteous, friendly, and professional service throughout the entire customer journey, from greeting to post‑sale follow‑up.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager, contributing to overall store performance.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, capturing key metrics such as units sold, revenue generated, and customer feedback.
- Foster positive relationships with outlet managers, fellow sales staff, and internal support teams to streamline inventory replenishment and promotional activities.
- Participate in product training sessions, staying current with the latest technology trends, feature updates, and competitive landscape.
- Adapt to shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, to ensure coverage during peak shopping periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Sales Promotion Girl/Boy (SPG/SPB), preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Professional, neat appearance and confident demeanor when presenting products.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Highly disciplined, honest, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
- Basic administrative skills for completing sales logs, inventory checks, and customer feedback forms.
