Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, provide a friendly and welcoming first impression, and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Conduct guided tours of the facility, surrounding landmarks, and cultural sites, tailoring the narrative to suit different audience interests.
- Answer inquiries about services, amenities, local attractions, transportation options, and special events, ensuring accurate and helpful information.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and security teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
- Handle reservations, bookings, and special requests, maintaining meticulous records in the property management system.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
- Work under pressure during peak periods, juggling multiple tasks while preserving a calm and courteous demeanor.
- Continuously update knowledge of local history, cultural heritage, and current events to enrich tour content.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage audiences of all ages.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proven capability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills (e.g., English, Mandarin) are highly valued.
