Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Officer Kredit Marketing (Surveyor) to join our dynamic team covering the Pasar Baru area and the wider Jabodetabek region. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our credit portfolio by actively promoting the company’s financial products to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will act as the frontline liaison between our distribution channels, dealers, and end‑consumers, ensuring a seamless credit application experience from initial contact through to final approval and repayment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s credit and financing solutions to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring proposals to meet diverse customer needs.
- Generate and secure orders from channel distribution partners, gathering initial customer data, conducting thorough verification, and assembling complete credit application packages.
- Maintain diligent follow‑up on each credit application, monitoring its progress across internal approval stages and promptly communicating decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers of repayment schedules, payment locations, and any additional information critical to successful loan servicing.
- Conduct on‑site visits and surveys when required, validating customer information and ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and risk management teams to resolve documentation gaps and accelerate approval timelines.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, application status, and market feedback for senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to expand the customer base by identifying untapped market segments within the Jabodetabek area.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- Open to fresh graduates, though candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience will be given preference.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Valid personal vehicle and active driving licence (SIM A/C).
- Ability to work independently and manage a full schedule from Monday to Saturday (08:00‑16:00).
- Residence within the Jabodetabek region or willingness to relocate as per domicile requirements.
