Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize merchandise displays, and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and follow up to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for promotional activities.
- Support food and beverage service areas when required, applying proper hygiene and service standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and communicate insights to the store manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Maximum age: 24 years.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to quickly adapt to changing store conditions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high‑quality service.
- Team player who can cooperate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Basic proficiency in food and beverage service skills, ensuring safe and courteous handling of consumables.
