Introduction

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Administrasi Channeling Bisnis to join our fast‑growing finance operations team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between incoming business channel orders and the credit approval process, ensuring that every customer’s data is accurately captured, processed, and communicated in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Hub Center (SHC), the Credit Assessment team, and the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to maintain a seamless flow of information from order entry to final credit decision. This position offers a dynamic environment where strong administrative skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication combine to drive superior customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly follow up on all incoming orders generated through various Business Channeling sources, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
  • Collect, verify, and complete consumer and financing object data within the company’s internal systems, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Enter order information into the Dicicilaja platform and subsequently into the “ACCTION” system, maintaining consistency across all digital records.
  • Review credit applications against the RAC (Risk Assessment Criteria) and consumer grading results, and process them according to established guidelines.
  • Communicate credit approval outcomes to customers in a clear, courteous, and professional manner, providing next‑step instructions when necessary.
  • Generate and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) to initiate field verification and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales Hub Center (SHC) on pending consumer orders, sharing updates and resolving any issues that may arise during processing.
  • Maintain a meticulous electronic and physical archive of all consumer documents, ensuring easy retrieval for audits or future reference.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of consumers processed and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for both existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggesting automation or workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Open age range – we welcome candidates of any age who meet the skill criteria.

  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when entering and verifying data.
  • Proficiency in digital archiving, electronic document management, and basic Excel functions.
  • Ability to compile, organize, and maintain both electronic and physical files, ensuring they are stored securely and can be accessed quickly.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with consumers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset to assess credit applications against RAC and grading criteria.
  • Competence in using the Dicicilaja platform and the ACCTION system, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated reliability in meeting SLA targets and processing a high volume of consumer orders efficiently.
