Responsibilities
- Handle all cash register operations accurately, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining daily sales records.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistency with company recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, teas, syrups, milk, and other ingredients; place orders and coordinate with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable customer service, addressing inquiries, taking custom orders, and resolving any issues with professionalism.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, including photos of new drinks, promotional offers, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track sales trends, inventory usage, and generate simple reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, equipment handling, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with D3 or S1 qualifications are also welcome.

- Prior experience in cash handling, beverage preparation, or a similar hospitality position is preferred.
- Strong understanding of drink recipes, ingredient measurements, and stock management.
- Own reliable transportation to commute to the workplace.
- Full‑time availability, Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Additional assets: proficiency in content editing for social media platforms and solid skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
