Responsibilities
- Actively market and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products to shoppers within the assigned store.
- Engage customers through in‑store demonstrations and explain the benefits of using Home Credit financing options.
- Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to create compelling promotional content that drives foot traffic and brand awareness.
- Guide customers step‑by‑step through the application and payment process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately captured.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment that reflects Home Credit’s professional image.
- Track daily sales activity, report key performance metrics, and provide feedback to store management for continuous improvement.
- Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, financing terms, and any promotional campaigns to answer customer queries confidently.
- Collaborate with the local store team and regional sales supervisors to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 35 years (maximum 40 years for senior candidates).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/SEDERJAT).
- Either prior sales experience or a recent graduate with strong communication skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone for managing social media promotions and digital sales tools.
- Ability to work fixed hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday through Sunday (no night shifts).
- Excellent interpersonal and problem‑solving skills, with a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Basic administrative abilities, such as data entry and record keeping, are advantageous.
