Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Crew Toko – Penjualan dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to join our dynamic retail team. This front‑line position plays a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining the visual and operational standards of our store. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, proactive individual who enjoys interacting with customers, understands basic retail operations, and can uphold the quality of our photographic services. The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and offers a vibrant work environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and promote store products, including photographic packages, accessories, and related services, to both walk‑in customers and repeat clients.
- Provide clear, compelling, and accurate product information, answering questions about features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Assist customers throughout the photo‑shoot process, guiding them on pose, lighting, and background options while ensuring each image meets the company’s quality standards.
- Operate basic studio equipment, such as cameras, lighting rigs, and backdrops, and perform routine checks to guarantee proper functionality.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store, including shelving, display units, and the photo studio area.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store management system, handle cash, and issue receipts or digital confirmations.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock shortages, and assist with restocking shelves and studio supplies.
- Collect customer feedback, identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling, and relay insights to the store manager.
- Participate in regular team briefings, training sessions, and store audits to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.

- Basic familiarity with photography concepts and willingness to learn studio equipment operation.
