Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Graha Antero, located in Tomang, West Jakarta. This role is part of the Astro ecosystem, a leading provider of digital entertainment and streaming services in Indonesia. As the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall experience, helping users understand the value of Astro’s applications, and ensuring that every interaction is friendly, efficient, and solution‑oriented.

The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with at least one year of experience in a call‑center or similar environment, a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, and the flexibility to work in a shift‑based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to Astro customers and prospects, delivering clear explanations of product features, subscription benefits, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain an average call volume of approximately 30 calls per day while adhering to quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage real‑time live‑chat sessions, providing instant assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, and guiding users through the onboarding process.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity for future follow‑ups and analytics.
  • Collaborate with the sales, technical support, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously enhance product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Uphold Astro’s brand values by delivering courteous, empathetic, and solution‑driven service at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or call‑center role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities, with a friendly, patient, and solution‑focused attitude.
  • Willingness to work six days a week, including national holidays, with one day off per week.
  • Availability to work in Tomang, West Jakarta, and to adapt to rotating shift schedules (e.g., 08:00‑17:00 or alternate shifts).
  • Ability to handle high‑volume call environments while maintaining composure and professionalism.
