As a senior field agent, you will work directly from your domicile, visiting customers in the assigned territory, and acting as a trusted liaison between Home Credit and its borrowers. Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled visits to borrowers in the Melayu Deli area in strict accordance with Home Credit’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate overdue payment information clearly and professionally, providing reminders and explaining the consequences of continued delinquency.
- Assist customers in completing payment transactions, guiding them through Home Credit’s payment channels, including cash, digital wallets, and bank transfers.
- Gather and verify required documentation from borrowers, such as proof of income, identification, and any supporting paperwork needed for loan restructuring.
- Report daily activity, collection outcomes, and any escalated cases to the regional supervision team using the company’s mobile CRM platform.
- Identify early warning signs of potential defaults and propose proactive solutions, such as payment plans or temporary relief options, to retain customer goodwill.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring data integrity for audit and compliance purposes.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes, credit policies, and advanced negotiation techniques.
- Mentor junior collectors when required, sharing best practices and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels; a high school diploma is the minimum, while a degree in finance, business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: At least 0‑2 years of field collection or related customer‑facing roles; prior experience in finance or credit collection is a strong plus.
- Transportation: Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid, active SIM C license.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Melayu Deli region and surrounding neighborhoods is essential for efficient route planning.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities; high level of empathy and integrity.
- Documentation (for experienced candidates): Provide work references, a letter of experience, a Paklaring, or any official certificate that verifies prior collection work.
