Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our logistics team in Kendari as an SPG/SPB Logistik. This entry‑level position offers a dynamic work environment where you will support the movement of goods, coordinate with sales and warehouse staff, and ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and on time. The role is open to candidates of any gender, with no upper age limit, and requires a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics coordinator in scheduling daily shipments and monitoring delivery status.
- Perform basic sales administration tasks, including preparing invoices, updating order databases, and handling customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to verify product availability and ensure proper packaging for transport.
- Track inbound and outbound freight, reporting any delays or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, supporting periodic stock audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of customs documentation and compliance paperwork when required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align delivery schedules with promotional campaigns and customer expectations.
- Provide on‑site assistance during loading and unloading operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest practical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
