Introduction
The Crew Operasional Penerbangan Internasional position is a pivotal role within the airline’s ground and flight operations team. This role supports the seamless coordination of international flights, ensuring that every departure and arrival adheres to strict safety, regulatory, and customer‑service standards. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily flight schedules, liaising with pilots, cabin crew, and ground‑handling partners to guarantee on‑time departures.
- Manage the preparation and verification of all required flight documentation, including load manifests, customs paperwork, and crew rosters.
- Monitor aircraft turnaround times, ensuring that fueling, catering, cleaning, and maintenance activities are completed efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for airport authorities, air traffic control, and foreign‑airport officials to resolve any operational issues.
- Support the implementation of safety and security protocols, conducting pre‑flight checks and reporting any irregularities promptly.
- Utilize the airline’s Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) to track inventory of onboard supplies, spare parts, and ground equipment.
- Provide real‑time updates to the operations control center regarding delays, weather impacts, and passenger‑related incidents.
- Assist in training new team members on standard operating procedures, emergency response actions, and customer service best practices.
- Participate in regular debriefings and performance reviews to continuously improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Open to candidates from all educational levels; final semester university students are highly preferred.
- Age: Applicants up to 30 years of age (maximum 0 years of experience required, indicating entry‑level opportunity).

- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internships or campus involvement in aviation, logistics, or customer service are advantageous.
- Core Skills: Strong teamwork orientation, high honesty and responsibility, excellent verbal and written communication, and a proactive attitude.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with store or inventory management software, basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and airline-specific systems).
- Language: Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is beneficial for international coordination.
- Availability: Willing to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak travel periods.
