The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, providing a balanced schedule that allows for both focused work and creative brainstorming sessions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories, and copy) on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant social channels.
- Monitor daily social media activity, respond to comments and direct messages promptly, and maintain a courteous brand voice.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create authentic food‑centric posts that showcase recipes, behind‑the‑scenes preparation, and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and special events.
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates) using platform analytics and prepare weekly reports for management.
- Identify trending topics and hashtags within the food and lifestyle niche to increase organic visibility.
- Assist with basic graphic design tasks using tools such as Canva or Adobe Spark to produce eye‑catching visuals.
- Coordinate with external influencers and partners, managing contracts, briefing documents, and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing department, including file organization, budget tracking, and meeting minutes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve the brand’s online strategy.
Requirements
- Female candidate, age between 25‑40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Prior experience (at least 1‑2 years) managing social media accounts within the culinary or food‑service industry.
- Strong written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, sharing ideas and supporting colleagues.
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising, community management, and content creation tools.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative duties.
