Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, pour‑over, and cold brew, ensuring consistency and high quality with every cup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work station by following hygiene standards and daily cleaning schedules.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting minor technical issues.
- Engage with customers, provide product recommendations, and answer questions about coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavor notes.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales in the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and notifying management of re‑order needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours, supporting colleagues with tasks such as pastry display setup and beverage preparation.
- Continuously develop coffee knowledge through training sessions, tasting workshops, and staying current with industry trends.
- Uphold the brand’s standards of hospitality by exhibiting a friendly demeanor, active listening, and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (per company policy).
- Age: No strict upper limit; candidates of all ages who meet the other criteria are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 0+ years – fresh graduates are welcome; prior barista experience is a plus.
- Essential Skills:
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a good attitude.
- Disciplined work ethic and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of coffee brewing techniques or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a bonus.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
