Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight value propositions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads, track interactions in the CRM system, and follow up promptly to advance sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales collateral for events.
  • Provide post‑event support, including answering inquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring seamless handover to account managers.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company pricing and discount policies.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, emerging trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Uphold professional appearance and brand standards at all public engagements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates with strong motivation are welcome.
