Responsibilities
- Ensure daily kitchen operations run smoothly, adhering to schedule and service targets.
- Conduct thorough checks and cross‑verification of product quantities against inventory records to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Update stock levels, manage inventory data, and record inbound deliveries in real‑time using our digital tracking system.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports, highlighting key metrics such as waste, production output, and equipment performance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, following HACCP and local food‑safety regulations at all times.
- Execute the full cooking process, transforming raw ingredients into menu‑ready dishes while preserving taste, texture, and presentation standards.
- Prep ingredients, portion sauces, and organize mise‑en‑place before each shift to ensure a seamless start to service.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special promotions, seasonal menus, and bulk catering orders.
- Monitor equipment functionality, report any maintenance needs, and perform minor troubleshooting when required.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members, front‑of‑house staff, and supply chain partners to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: 35 years or younger.

- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B sector, preferably in a kitchen, cafeteria, or as a barista.
- Proven ability to manage stock control, inventory updates, and basic data entry.
