Introduction
We are looking for a creative and motivated PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our dynamic team on a hybrid basis (WFO & WFH). This role is perfect for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who have a personal laptop ready for design work and a keen interest in mastering visual communication tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite. The successful candidate will receive hands‑on mentorship, a monthly allowance, performance‑based bonuses, and a certified internship after six months of successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging, brand‑consistent slide decks for internal presentations, client pitches, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to translate complex data and ideas into clear visual stories.
- Maintain a library of reusable templates, icons, and visual assets to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Apply best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance readability and impact.
- Participate in regular design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly to meet tight deadlines.
- Assist in creating supplemental materials such as infographics, one‑page briefs, and social‑media graphics when needed.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in presentation design and propose innovative approaches.
- Document workflow processes and share tips with teammates to foster a collaborative design culture.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Own a reliable laptop capable of running design software without performance issues.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential; basic knowledge of Canva and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign) is a plus.
- Strong eye for detail, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Target‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet project milestones.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to gather requirements and present design concepts.
- Discipline to adhere to a structured work schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) while balancing remote and on‑site days.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Malang is preferred, given the hybrid work model.
- Enthusiasm for learning and a growth mindset; formal mastery of design tools is less important than a willingness to improve.
