Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate client records, documenting pet temperament, grooming preferences, and any special instructions.
- Educate pet owners on proper at‑home grooming techniques, product recommendations, and after‑care instructions.
- Manage grooming stations, ensuring tools are sanitized, supplies are stocked, and work areas remain clean and organized.
- Collaborate with reception staff to schedule appointments, handle walk‑in requests, and manage time efficiently during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with industry trends, new grooming equipment, and emerging pet‑care best practices.
- Uphold the company’s brand image by presenting a professional appearance and delivering courteous, empathetic customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; vocational training in animal care or grooming is a plus.
