Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and Islamic teachings.
- Utilize interactive teaching methods, including storytelling, play‑based learning, and multimedia resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly through observations, quizzes, and portfolio reviews, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to plan school events, parent‑teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in weekly staff development sessions and contribute ideas for curriculum enhancement.
- Perform administrative duties such as attendance recording, grading, and preparation of reports when assigned.
- Uphold and model Islamic ethics, including proper recitation of the Al‑Qur’an and demonstration of good character.
- Assist with school-wide initiatives, such as community outreach programs, charity drives, and cultural celebrations.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students, providing additional support to those who require it.
Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education or a related field for teaching positions; Minimum of SMA/SMK, D3, or S1 in Administration for staff roles.
- Age: Candidates up to 35 years of age are preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey concepts clearly to young learners.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment: A sincere dedication to the field of education and a passion for fostering Islamic values.
- Personal Traits: Honest, disciplined, responsible, and possessing a good moral character (akhlak baik) with an Islamic personality.
- Religious Proficiency: Ability to read the Al‑Qur’an fluently and incorporate its teachings appropriately into the classroom.
- Flexibility: Willingness to be placed at any school branch according to institutional needs.
- Availability: Work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
