Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Anggota Tim Keamanan to join our security operations in West Jakarta (Jakarta Barat). This full‑time role is integral to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises, both on foot and by vehicle, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor entry points, verify identification, and manage access control systems to ensure only authorized personnel enter the facility.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first‑line assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, daily activity reports, and handover notes, documenting any security breaches or suspicious behavior.
- Perform routine checks of fire safety equipment, CCTV systems, and perimeter fencing, reporting any malfunctions for immediate repair.
- Enforce company policies regarding dress code, personal appearance (no tattoos or body piercings visible), and conduct, serving as a role model for professionalism.
- Assist with crowd management during events, deliveries, and peak traffic periods, ensuring smooth flow and minimizing congestion.
- Participate in regular training sessions, drills, and certification renewals (e.g., Gada Pratama and KTA) to stay current with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other security team members and facility managers to develop and refine emergency response plans.
- Provide courteous assistance to visitors, guiding them to appropriate locations and answering basic inquiries about the premises.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 35 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a security or related safety role.
- Valid Gada Pratama and KTA certificates.
- Physical height of at least 170 cm and a fit, healthy appearance.
- Clean personal grooming – no visible tattoos or piercings.
- Permanent residence in Jakarta Pusat or willingness to relocate.
- Strong observational skills, good judgment, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of duty.
