Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and Islamic work ethics.
- Develop and execute localized sales strategies to meet or exceed branch revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of sales associates, merchandisers, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and adjust product assortments.
- Coordinate with the central procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock‑outs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting key metrics such as sales volume, gross margin, and customer satisfaction to senior management.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms, promotional support, and exclusive product lines.
- Implement visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s Islamic values while maximizing product visibility.
- Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability through effective cost‑management practices.
- Travel to other branches for cross‑training, audits, and to share best practices, as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in any discipline; preference for Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Age: 27 years or older.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within retail or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work under target‑driven environments and achieve measurable results.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for branch visits and logistics coordination.
