Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to prospective and existing clients to present product portfolios and negotiate contracts.
- Identify new market opportunities by analyzing local trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain a daily activity log, track leads in the CRM system, and provide regular performance reports to the regional manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall regional revenue goals.
- Provide after‑sales support, resolve client issues promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Comply with company policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Own a valid motorbike and possess a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work on a full‑time field marketing schedule (Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑19:00).
- Commitment to a minimum 12‑month contract for the initial employment period.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Basic analytical abilities to assess sales data and market conditions.
- Self‑discipline, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward meeting targets.
