Responsibilities

  • Ensure all workstations are kept clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift, adhering to sanitation standards.
  • Support the plating and garnishing of dishes according to restaurant specifications.
  • Monitor inventory levels of basic pantry items and report shortages to the kitchen supervisor.
  • Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage temperatures, cross‑contamination prevention, and waste reduction practices.
  • Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries, verifying product quality and quantities.
  • Participate in routine deep‑cleaning tasks, such as floor mopping, equipment sanitization, and trash disposal.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate punctuality, and communicate any issues promptly to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female (as per company policy).
  • Age: Up to 45 years old.
  • Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
  • Key Skills: Ability to operate basic kitchen equipment, strong manual dexterity, and willingness to learn.
  • Personal Traits: Honesty, diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
