Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and SWOT assessments for client businesses.

- Prepare clear, concise presentation decks and written reports that communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client workshops and brainstorming sessions, contributing creative and innovative ideas.
- Gather and organize data from client systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help monitor the implementation of recommended strategies, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing status updates.

- Maintain a disciplined work schedule, adhering to the Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 timetable.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 24 years old; unmarried status preferred for certain client engagements.

- Core Attributes: Discipline, honesty, diligence, trustworthiness, creativity, innovation, and strong communication skills.
- No prior work experience is required; a willingness to learn and attend intensive training is essential.
