Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations, ensuring compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and internal SOPs.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that increase client acquisition, retention, and average transaction value.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team—including doctors, aesthetic specialists, nurses, and front‑desk staff—by providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, occupancy rates, client satisfaction scores, and staff productivity, and report findings to senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends in aesthetics, fitness, and wellness, and translate insights into new service offerings or promotional campaigns.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives, ensuring the clinic meets its financial targets while maintaining high service quality.
- Coordinate inventory management for medical supplies, skincare products, and equipment, guaranteeing optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Foster strong relationships with local vendors, beauty influencers, and corporate partners to expand the clinic’s network and referral base.
- Handle client escalations with professionalism, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Ensure staff scheduling aligns with peak business hours (Monday‑Saturday, 10:00‑18:00) and complies with labor regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- At least 5 years of proven managerial experience within the aesthetic, beauty, or gym industry.
- Deep understanding of aesthetic procedures, product lines, sales dynamics, and market segmentation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
- Strong networking skills and a sales‑oriented mindset; ability to cultivate strategic partnerships.
- Flexibility to work in the Jabodetabek area and willingness to travel to neighboring locations when required.
- Proficiency in Indonesian (both spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
