Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional – Corporate to join our growing hospitality group. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the seamless day‑to‑day operations of our hotel and resort portfolio, ensuring that guests receive the highest level of service while driving operational efficiency and profitability. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strong managerial expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate all operational activities across multiple hotel and resort locations, including front‑office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance departments.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service quality and compliance with brand standards.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecast revenue, control expenses, and conduct regular financial analysis to meet profitability targets.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate departmental managers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Analyze guest feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for service enhancements and operational innovations.
  • Collaborate with corporate functions such as Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, and Finance to align operational goals with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement to maintain cost‑effective supply chains.
  • Respond swiftly to emergency situations, maintaining calm under pressure and ensuring guest and staff safety.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel or resort operations, with a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility; able to act as a role model for the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Resilience and composure when working under tight deadlines or high‑stress situations.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software (e.g., OPERA, MICE) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
  • Leadership mindset with a passion for developing talent and fostering a collaborative work environment.
