Responsibilities
- Coordinate the scheduling, dispatch, and maintenance of the rental fleet to maximize vehicle availability and utilization.
- Supervise a team of drivers, customer service representatives, and maintenance technicians, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Monitor vehicle condition, arrange routine inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and implement operational policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inventory controls for parts and accessories.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics such as fleet turnover, downtime, and revenue per vehicle, presenting actionable insights to senior management.
- Manage relationships with third‑party service providers, including insurance firms, repair shops, and fuel stations.
- Oversee cash handling, invoicing, and reporting processes to maintain financial accuracy and transparency.
- Ensure all drivers adhere to safe driving practices, conduct regular driving skill assessments, and enforce company policies regarding vehicle use.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by providing data on popular vehicle models, peak rental periods, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent (SLTP diploma preferred).
- Age: Open to all candidates; no upper age limit specified.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proven ability to drive confidently in urban and rural settings.
- Residence within Magelang, DIY, or surrounding areas (KTP address required).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of store management systems or rental management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, maintain a high level of integrity, and demonstrate reliability (e.g., “tidur dalam” – ability to stay alert and responsible during shifts).
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
