- Develop and deliver onboarding training for new team members, covering cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and guest interaction best practices.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, coordinating with front‑desk and maintenance teams to resolve issues within established service timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of cleaning chemicals, linens, and equipment; place orders and manage stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures) to the engineering department, documenting all reports for follow‑up.
- Schedule and coordinate shift rotations, ensuring adequate coverage during peak occupancy periods and special events.
- Implement sustainability initiatives such as waste reduction, eco‑friendly product usage, and energy‑saving cleaning techniques.
- Prepare daily and weekly housekeeping reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, guest feedback, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Applicants up to 35 years old (maximum age may vary according to local labor regulations).
