Introduction
The Sales Officer for the Kwandang Area will serve as a frontline ambassador for our company’s product portfolio, actively engaging both existing and prospective customers across a dynamic market landscape. This full‑time position is based in the Kwandang region and operates on a Monday‑through‑Saturday schedule, from 08:00 to 16:00. Responsibilities
- Proactively promote and sell the company’s products to existing clients and new prospects, tailoring pitches to match the specific needs of each customer.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer information.
- Prepare, review, and complete all required documentation for credit applications, collaborating closely with finance and legal teams to maintain compliance.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding approval status and any required actions.
- Communicate payment schedules, due dates, and collection points clearly to customers, reducing delinquency and enhancing cash‑flow predictability.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, conducting regular follow‑ups, product demonstrations, and post‑sale support.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Kwandang area, feeding insights back to the sales management team.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring that all interactions, leads, and outcomes are accurately recorded.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing performance metrics, challenges, and best practices with peers and supervisors.
- Travel within the assigned territory using personal transportation, adhering to safety regulations and company travel policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any field) or D4; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience; experience in B2C distribution or credit‑based sales is a strong advantage.
